🌍 What’s it about?
The workshop addresses the complex realities of forced and undocumented forms of migration across the Mediterranean. We’ll explore:
- Forced and undocumented forms of migration across the Mediterranean and EU border control policies
- The blurred lines between migrants’ smuggling and trafficking
- Analysis of case-studies, fieldwork insights, interviews, and visual storytelling
- Focus on life stories, memories, and resistance of people on the move
- A critical, human-centered approach to mobility and rights
🎥 Expect interactive sessions, expert talks, and powerful case studies that bring theory and lived experience together.

Only 6-7 students will be accepted beyond the places already granted to students of the MA in Migrations Studies and New Societies-MSNS. For REL students 3 credits recognition is subject to approval by REL teaching board.
