OSCE Scholarship for Peace and Security

Through online and in-person activities, the Scholarship seeks to foster young professionals’ interest in and knowledge of politico-military security issues, conflict prevention and resolution, arms control, disarmament and non-proliferation, with a focus on the OSCE area. 

Selected participants will take a 6-weeks online course, hosted at the OSCE E-Learning Platform, which will take place from 7 April to 18 May 2025 and is designed not to clash with full/part-time studies and/or work commitments. Moreover, selected participants who successfully graduate from the online course will be invited to an in-person event, which is envisaged to take place in Vienna in Autumn 2025. 

Participation in the OSCE Scholarship for Peace and Security is free of charge. Costs for the in-person event will be covered by the Organization.

The call for applications will close on 28 February at 13.00 (CEST, Vienna time).
